Hi, idontknow!
I’m sorry that you’re going through this. Bullying is not ok, and it’s very painful. The most important thing to do, is to tell someone. It can be a teacher, parents or another grownup. Do you have someone you trust you can tell?
You shouldn’t go through this alone. Carrying something like that alone can be very overwhelming. And the fact that you feel like your mother is bullying you, is very sad to hear. Have you tried to tell her what you feel?
Telling someone that you feel like they are bullying you can feel very scary, and it’s not easy to do. I have some tips for you, that maybe can make it easier.

  • Write a letter or text message. Sometimes it easier to write it down, instead of confronting your mother face to face. You can write a letter and tell her what you told us. Tell her that you are bullied at school, and you feel like she is bullying you too.
  • Tell someone. Talk with an adult that you trust, and feel comfortable with. This can be a teacher, school nurse, a family member or someone else you trust. Tell them what’s going on, and how you feel.
  • Confront your mother. This can be scary and hard. Before you talk to her, write a note with what you want to tell her. In that way you remember everything you want to tell her. Tell her how she hurts you, and what she says that hurt you.
  • Talk to your parents about being bullied at school. You could tell your parents that you get bullied at school, and tell them who is bulling you.
