Using the website with PC, phones and tablets

How do I change my password?
If you want to change your password, you can go to the “Profile”-tab and click on “Change Password”. You can also click here.

How do I change my e-mail?
If you want to change your e-mail, you can go to the “Profile”-tab and click on “Settings”. You can also click here.

How do I send private messages (PM)?
If you want to read or send a PM, you can go to the “Profile”-tab and click on “Messages”. You can also click here.

How do I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, click on “Profile” in the menu. When you’re on your profile, click on the sprocket. Then click on “Edit Profile”.

Click on the save-icon in the top right corner when you’re done editing your profile.

How do I change my profile picture?
To change, or add, your profile picture, click on “Profile” in the menu. When you’re on your profile, click on the sprocket. Then click on “Edit Profile”.

Click on your profile picture, chose your picture and click save (the V icon on the top right corner.

How do I change my privacy settings?
To edit your privacy settings, click on “Settings” in the profile-menu. You can change who can see your profile and if you want to use the private message-feature.

Remember to click “Update Privacy” when you’re done changing your settings.

How do I change my e-mail notifications settings?
To edit your e-mail notification settings, click on “Settings” in the profile-menu. We only send you one e-mail notification: If you haven’t been online in one week, and someone sends you a private message, you will get a e-mail notification about it. You can turn off this setting.

How do I delete my user account?
We’re sorry you are leaving us! You will be missed. When you delete you’re user account you will not be able to restore your account, nor will you be able to register a new account with the same username. All your information will be deleted from our website and chat.

To delete your account click on the “Profile”-menu, then “Settings” and click on the trashcan.

If you leave us because of technical issues, please contact our technical support so we can help you. If you have other problems with our services, you can contact our administrator. If you still want to leave us, we would appreciate if you would leave a feedback (anonymously) so we can improve our services.
